EHEDG Approval

We went through the process of EHEDG approval for numerous of our chemical seals, our in-line seals and our thermometer stems and thermowells to guarantee the best possible planning reliability.

Pressure Transmitters DTM with Thin Film Sensor

The construction of these robust and compact pressure transmitters model DTM with thin film sensor allows the usage even at rough operations conditions, e. g. at hydraulic units and test stands.
They are applied further more in the fields of process engineering, industry and research.

The case and the thin film sensor are directly welded to the process connection socket. Thus makes the complete instrument exceedingly dirt resistant.

The pressure transmitters are temperature compensated and provide a calibrated output signal.

Two basic versions have been added to our standard supply program:

Standard construction length: Model DTM

Short construction length: Model DTMk.

The pressure transmitters are available with thread connection, also with flush welded diaphragm, model DTMFB. With optionally mounted chemical seals you have an even greater choice of possible process connection types, e. g. process connections for food industry,

High demands are made for food and beverages production. Hygiene in all production processes are the ultimate imperative. Therefore optimized cleaning procedures are indispensable.
Every part of the plant counts, every equipment has to comply with the quality standards.
Dead spaces are potential areas of staining and therefore always a source of danger which has to be avoided.

These demands for food and beverage industry apply the more for the pharmacy.
The production of pharmaceutical articles requires absolute sterility.

For highest pretensions of hygiene and sterility we developed for you Hygienic Design Pressure Gauge, consisting of a high-grade stainless steel Bourdon tube pressure gauge and a diaphragm seal, twice welded..

Twice welded means that the diaphragm seal as well as the pressure gauge case are welded to the socket of the pressure gauge.
This permits to do without any thread connection which include potential danger of leakage and staining.

	optimzed leakage safe
	suitable for high operating and cleaning temperatures
	with exceeding surface quality of the medium wetted areas
	even at the outside without any stain-friendly recesses and rough edges.

Combi Gauges for Rail Cars

As the result of our long-time experience with the demands of manufacturers, suppliers, and operators of rail cars, undergrounds, tramways, locomotives for surface mining, quayside railways etc., we developed a new series:

the Combi Gauge for rail cars,

manufactured in series with

direct lighting and

indirect lighting.

These pressure gauges are available in two basic versions:
