Our latest development DW-Line stands out due to its completely welded version.

This pressure gauge type is a completely welded version, that means connection welded to chemical seal and case welded to connection. The labelling is being made by the additional model code „v".

The instruments have been optimized on decisively points:

• hygienical advantages

• particularly suitable for high operating- and / or cleaning temperatures

• advantages for high-quality sealings of the measuring instrument

  (CIP/SIP in food- / organic product- / pharmaceutical industry)

• plain surfaces enable a simple cleaning

• no leakage over years at fast temperature changes

As the result of years of experience with requirements of manu-facturers, suppliers and operators of rail cars, underground vehicles, tramways, quayside railways, locomotives for surface mining etc. we have developed a new series:

The standardised combi gauge for rail cars is manufactured in series with direct and indirect lighting.

The pressure gauges are available as two basic versions:

• Single Boudon Tube Gauges

are being used for separate pressurised air measurement at a brake cylinder or at temporal reservoirs of pneumatic brake systems.

• Duplex Pressure Gauges

for the measurement of two pressures at the same time for example at the brake cylinders of two bogies or of the main air reservoir pipe and the main brake pipe of a pneumatic brake system.

Gas density monitors for SF6-gas are pressure gauges with electrical accessory, to give alarm if leakage of the insulating area which is filled with SF₆ gas, occurs. The instruments are configured for the respective case of operation for adjustment pressure, set points and ambient temperature.

According to the case of operation, we deliver instruments for internal spaces as well as gas or fluid filled instruments for outdoor use.

The measuring units are welded to the case, so that densities of 10^-5 mbarl/s or above can be reached.

The absolutely faultless way of pressure measurement, convincing by extraordinary precision.  

Our new trapezoidal membrane, called High-Soft MEMBRANE, for flange- and cellular type chemical seals, sets new benchmarks regarding temperature errors in the range of          -40 °C up to 400 °C.

• The High Soft Membrane convices by a fast transient oscillation  of the membrane

• at static pressures < 1 bar abs, sufficient long-term stability

• completely vacuum-appropriate up to 150 °C

• less influence of restraint at flange mounting

• improved cleaning possibilities because of the contour of the  membrane

• also for operation with special materials
