Diaphragm seals model MDM
7510 to 7525 with flush welded diaphragm are used for contaminated,
solidifying, hot or
highly viscous media, when DIN EN (MDM 7510) or
ASME (MDM 7520) flange connections are
required. Both versions can also be provided with an extension tube (models
MDM 7515 and 7525).
Suitable versions for PN 16 up to
PN 400 resp. 150 lb/sq.in. up to 2500 lb/sq.in. are available, and various special materials and
filling fluids, to suit the diaphragm seals for the individual
requirements. |

Level
measurings, e.g. on oil tanks or in wastewater systems, are common applications for these
diaphragm seals. |

Models MDM 7550 to 7565 suit for the same
applications as above, but these cellular diaphragm seals are connected with the pressure
measuring instrument through a stainless steel capillary line. The so called
"pancake" model has to be "sandwiched" between the open process
connection flange and a clamping blind flange. |
